Jenny Rossman is the Sex Crimes/Human Trafficking Unit Chief at the Ninth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Orlando Florida. A graduate of Boston University School of Law, she has been a prosecutor in both Orlando and Miami over the past ten years. In addition to prosecuting human trafficking cases in Orlando, she has developed a prostitution diversion program to provide education and resources to potential human trafficking victims, and she handles human trafficking expungement petitions for the Ninth Circuit. In 2019, she participated in an ABA sponsored roundtable on human trafficking vacatur laws with human trafficking prosecutors from around the country. She finds this area of her work to be especially rewarding because it allows her to be a part of a survivor’s success story in a way that is unique as a prosecutor.
