Daphney Louissaint

Daphney Louissaint is a survivor of domestic violence and a dedicated advocate for others facing similar challenges. Originally from Haiti, she immigrated to the United States and became a permanent resident through the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), which allows immigrant survivors of abuse to apply for legal status without having to rely on their abusers. Deeply passionate about supporting and empowering survivors, Daphney works to elevate voices and raise awareness within the immigrant community. She shares her own story to inspire others facing abuse and exploitation.
