Cindy Lill

Cynthia ‘Cindy’ Lill is an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Judicial District of New Haven. She worked previously in Geographical Area 23 and served as the VAWA Specialized Domestic Violence Prosecutor.

Prior to joining the State’s Attorney’s Office, she worked as a legal intern with Quinnipiac’s Civil Justice Clinic, assisting survivors of trafficking in rebuilding their lives after escaping their traffickers. Inspired by these experiences, Cindy and her colleagues advocated for an expansion of Connecticut’s vacatur law which went into effect in October 2021.

Cindy graduated magna cum laude from Salve Regina University in 2018 with a B.A. in Administration of Justice. She obtained her J.D from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2021, magna cum laude.
