CBF Board members are a committed and diverse group of professionals who are passionate about bridging the civil legal access to justice gap for Connecticut residents experiencing low-income. 

Our mission is to facilitate systemic change that advances civil justice for all, regardless of power or resources, to achieve a more just and equitable society.

Attorney William DeVane Logue

Bill Logue is founder of The Logue Group, a firm specializing in conflict management and public policy and stakeholder facilitation. In addition, he frequently consults to foundations on program feasibility, design and evaluation. He is past chair of the Connecticut Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and past Co‐Chair of the Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution in the Courts, and a past President of the New England Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution. He serves on several state and federal neutral panels and is a Senior Affiliate Practitioner of the Massachusetts 

Office of Public Collaboration. Bill teaches Negotiation and Representation in Mediation and is a Senior Fellow and Director of Training Programs at the Quinnipiac Law School Center on Dispute Resolution. He is a graduate of Brown University and UConn Law School and clerked for the Honorable Robert C. Zampano.
