Namita Tripathi Shah is a partner at the law firm of Day Pitney LLP where she is the chair of the firm’s Private Equity and Finance business unit and a member of the firm’s Municipal Finance and Institutional Finance and Commercial Lending practice groups. She practices in the area of public and private finance. She is currently serving as the President of the South Asian Bar Association of Connecticut and serves on the advisory board of the Pro Bono Partnership.
