The Connecticut Bar Foundation is pleased to welcome the Fellows Class of 2022! 

The James W. Cooper Fellows annually nominate outstanding Connecticut lawyers, judges, and teachers of law to become a part of the Fellows Program. The Connecticut Bar Foundation extends invitations to those nominees who are recommended by the Fellows Nominating Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.

The Fellows develop programs that enhance understanding of the legal profession, the legal system, and the role of law in society; explore ways to improve the administration of justice for the benefit of all; and promote the highest ideals of the legal profession. The Fellows Program was designed to be self-funded and Fellows pledge to contribute at least $2,500 over ten years to support the programming.
