Moy Ogilvie

Moy Ogilvie is an attorney with over twenty-five years legal experience, and she is currently the Hartford Office Managing Partner of McCarter & English. Her areas of practice have included product liability, toxic tort and pharmaceutical matters as well as a diverse array of complex business litigation cases in state and federal courts. Moy also regularly handles pro bono matters for Lawyers for Children America and other legal service organizations. Moy serves as the partner in charge of overseeing McCarter’s culture and inclusion initiatives firmwide.
In 2025, she was elected to serve as the President of the Hartford County Bar Association. In addition, she sits on the Board of Directors for Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity and the Hartford Youth Scholars and serves on the Connecticut Criminal Justice Commission. She is a recipient of the President’s Award for Excellence from the Hartford County Bar Association, the Edwin Archer Randolph Diversity Award from Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity and several other awards and honors from various organizations. Moy received her B.A. from Bowdoin College and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
