 constitutional law and education law and policy.  She is also Dean for the
  Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study and Daniel P.S. Paul Professor of 
 Constitutional Law at Harvard Law School\, as well as Professor of History
  at Harvard University.  In this discussion\, she will share her research 
 and experience in capturing Judge Motley's story as well as her insight as
