The Gathering of In-House Counsel
The Connecticut Bar Foundation and the James W. Cooper Fellows cordially invite you to an evening of food, drink, and conversation tailored to the unique work of in-house attorneys.
We are grateful to be joined by Vanessa Roberts Avery, U.S. Attorney for the District of CT, who will share her thoughts about corporate compliance and responsibility, and the Department of Justice's role in fostering responsible corporate culture. Judge Tory Chavey, incoming President of the CBF, will also speak about the Foundation's mission - to facilitate systemic change that advances civil justice for all, regardless of power or resources, to achieve a more just and equitable society - and how in-house counsel in particular can contribute their expertise to this goal.
Over dinner, we hope to provide attendees with an opportunity to connect and network with other leaders in the corporate legal field.
This program will take place on April 20, 2023, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Brazi's, 201 Food Terminal Plaza, New Haven, CT 06511.
The cost of this event is $50, which includes a buffet dinner. A cash bar will be available at the restaurant. We kindly ask for payment upon registration on our website using a credit card.
